What we collect, and why
When you register for a webinar or request a consultation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, chosen session, and how you found us. We use this solely to deliver the session you registered for, send related reminders, and — with your consent — share property insights you signed up to receive.
The calculators on this site run in your browser. Figures you enter are not transmitted to us unless a tool explicitly offers to save or send a result and you choose to do so.
Consent and withdrawal
We collect personal data only with your consent (the checkbox on each form). You may withdraw consent at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp — we will stop contacting you and, on request, delete your registration data.
Storage and sharing
Registration data is stored in our lead-management systems and is accessible to the JNA team members who run the webinars and consultations. We do not sell personal data. Service providers that process data on our behalf (e.g. form anti-abuse verification) do so under their own published safeguards.
Retention
We retain registration data for as long as needed to run the sessions and any ongoing advisory relationship, after which it is deleted.
